As a senior member of the clinical team, the Nurse Practitioner provides direct psychiatric nurse practitioner care and medical treatment to members served.
Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP - Part Time 14 Hours/Week - Pathway and Gateway to Recovery - (7 hours each program) - Weekdays
Compensation -
Expected starting Employee wage range $75 - $92 / Hour
Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science and an advanced degree in a healthcare science as required by the State Licensing program
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in the State of practice
- Active DEA and Furnishing licenses

In-Reach is a sub-component of PTR and works in conjunction with San Diego County Institutional Case Managers (CICM) to provide case-aide services that are focused on discharge planning and benefit coordination for CICM members residing in long-term care.
